After 22 years experience in French classical cuisine, my desire was to work for myself and to develop my experience.
I started my business three years ago as a private chef for the rich and famous in the South of France, in Cannes and in Monaco. I will travel around the World for short engagements.
I work independently for one night dinners, private parties or by the week, as extra.
I have always worked for world famous establishments.
